About Us:
Mini Maarvel is a Pune-based youth physical education and sports development organisation, delivering NEP 2020-aligned physical development curricula for children aged 3–15 across partner schools in Pune.

Role Overview:
We're looking for an Assistant S&C; Coach to support our coaching team in delivering structured strength and conditioning sessions for school-going children. You'll work closely with lead coaches to execute sessions, conduct fitness assessments, and help maintain program quality across schools.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting S&C; sessions for students across age groups (Pre-School to Std 10)
- Support fitness testing and record student performance data as per standardised protocols
- Help set up and manage equipment during sessions




- Ensure student safety and engagement during classes
- Coordinate with lead coach and center team on scheduling and reporting

Requirements:

- Background in fitness training, sports science, physical education, or related field (degree/certification preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience)
- Prior experience working with children is a plus
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and comfortable conducting hands-on training sessions
- Based in or able to commute across Pune (Kharadi)

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
