About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager with strong experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG operations, along with hands-on expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and team management.

The ideal candidate should preferably have a Pharmaceutical background and be capable of managing end-to-end operational activities while ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse and supply-chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, warehouse, sales, distribution, and other departments.
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movement.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, stock accuracy, and reconciliation.
- Monitor inward and outward stock, batch-wise inventory, expiry, damaged, and near-expiry products.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices, particularly for pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain appropriate warehouse documentation and operational records.
- Coordinate with distributors, transporters, vendors, and other external partners for timely deliveries.
- Monitor transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Develop and implement SOPs and operational processes to improve efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with applicable pharma/FMCG operational, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor warehouse hygiene, safety, security, and proper storage conditions.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse and operations teams.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Control operational costs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate stock audits and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Handle operational issues, delays, stock discrepancies, and customer/distributor concerns effectively.
- Support management in planning and implementing strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
- Good understanding of Pharmaceutical/FMCG supply-chain operations.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch management, expiry management, and stock reconciliation.
- Solid team leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidates with relevant operations experience will be preferred.
- MBA in Operations/Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
