Job Description

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team immediately. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, handling enquiries, generating leads, and following up with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with leads and customers.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain daily call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
