- We are looking for a Lab Technician to perform laboratory testing, colour matching, quality inspection, and testing of raw materials and finished products as per company quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, colour samples, and finished products.Perform colour matching and shade comparison as per approved standards.
- Prepare laboratory samples and test specimens.Check colour/shade, dispersion, moisture, MFI and other relevant quality parameters.Maintain proper records of all laboratory test results
- .Prepare and maintain laboratory reports and testing documents.
- Support the Quality Control team in maintaining product quality.Identify quality deviations and immediately inform the QC/QA Supervisor.Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of laboratory samples.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment as required
- .Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.Assist in recent colour development and trial batches,



when required.Coordinate with Production and QC teams for quality-related issues.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of colour testing and colour matching.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and instruments.Basic knowledge of Excel and report preparation.Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.Knowledge of quality control procedures.Good communication and teamwork skills.Educational QualificationDiploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology or a related field.Preferred ExperienceExperience in Masterbatch, Pigment, Plastic Colour, Paint, Textile Colour or Chemical Manufacturing will be preferred.

- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.Ability to work independently as well as with the QC team.Reporting To: QC Manager / QA Manager
