- Provide medical care and monitoring to IPD patients during the night shift.
- Duty: 12-hour night shift as per hospital roster.
- Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical management.
- Monitor vital signs and clinical condition of patients.
- Follow treatment plans and instructions given by consultants.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes and clinical documentation.
- Review investigation reports and report critical findings promptly.
- Handle medical emergencies and initiate appropriate resuscitation measures.
- Conduct regular rounds and identify any deterioration in patient condition.
- Ensure timely implementation of medication and treatment orders.
- Provide proper shift handover to the incoming RMO.
- Follow hospital SOPs, infection-control practices and NABH standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, procedures and adverse events.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
