POST - CAREER COUNSELLOR & ENGLISH COMMUNICATION EDUCATOR

St. Joan’s School is seeking a energetic, articulate and student-focused professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who combines strong English-language teaching and communication skills with an interest in career guidance, research and student mentoring.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Experience teaching English to non-native/foreign learners
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with, mentor and guide senior-school students
- Strong research skills, particularly in relation to universities, courses, careers and emerging professions
- Ability to support students with career exploration and counselling
- Ability to research university pathways, admission requirements and study opportunities in India and overseas
- Confidence in conducting workshops, presentations and one-to-one student interactions




- Good organisational and digital skills
- A collaborative, professional and proactive approach

Key Responsibilities:

- The successful candidate will work with students on English communication, career awareness, university and course research, career counselling, presentations, applications and preparation for higher education.
- Prior experience in education, ESL/EFL, international education, university admissions or career counselling would be an advantage.
