About the role
Co-Design is a growing interior design studio in Hyderabad. We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee execution on our residential and commercial interior projects - making sure what's built on site matches the design, on time and to quality.

What you'll do

- Supervise day-to-day site execution across active interior projects
- Coordinate carpenters, contractors, vendors, and labour on site
- Read and work from GFC/working drawings; ensure on-site work matches the drawings and specifications
- Check quality of civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, and finishing work
- Verify measurements, materials, and finishes against the BOQ




- Track site progress against timelines and flag delays early
- Share daily site updates/reports with the design and management team
- Resolve in office issues and keep work moving

What we're looking for

- 2–5 years' experience supervising interior fit-out or construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret working/GFC drawings
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry, and civil work
- Based in or near Hyderabad, willing to be at sites daily (own two-wheeler preferred)
- Telugu and Hindi speaking; basic English
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage labour and vendors firmly

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
