About the Role:

Looking for an IT professional with 2+ years of experience, eager to expand your knowledge in networking, cloud infrastructure? You will gain hands-on experience managing network infrastructure, IT support operations, server infrastructure, monitoring, and procurement, ensuring a seamless IT environment for the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Network & Infrastructure Management:

· Manage and maintain network devices, including firewalls, switches, Router, and computers.

· Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity issues across wired and wireless environments.

· Perform firewall rule management, network monitoring, and security reviews to ensure system integrity.

· Ensure proper network segmentation, VLANs, and security policies are implemented.

IT Support & Operations:

· Handle daily IT support requests, onboarding/offboarding employees, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist employees with IT-related problems.

· Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring proper lifecycle management of equipment.

· Maintain and administer Exchange Admin Center, Office 365 user accounts, and email security configurations.

· Troubleshoot printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.

Network Infrastructure & Operations:

· Gain hands-on experience with Switch and Firewall installation and configuration.





· Learn and support basic cloud networking tasks across AWS Infrastructure.

· Monitor system performance and respond proactively to infrastructure alerts.

Security & Compliance:

· Learn and implement network security best practices, monitor for security breaches, and contribute to proactive solutions.

· Assist with basic firewall administration, access control, and patch management.

· Participate in regular audits of IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in IT/networking support.

· Proficiency in Windows & Linux operating systems.

· Understanding of basic networking, firewall & security concepts.

· Familiarity with hardware & software troubleshooting, including printer & peripheral devices.

· Basic knowledge of network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

Desired Skills & Experience:

· Experience managing user accounts (O365), Exchange Admin Center.

· Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and wireless networking.

· Willingness to learn server OS installation, cloud networking (Azure, AWS).

· Understanding of network protocols and ports.

· Experience with procurement & IT asset management is a plus.

· Certificate: CCNA/ CompTIA Network+ (Optional)
