B2B Sales Executive

Jamaica Craft Café is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to drive corporate and business sales and build robust relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through calls, networking, references, and market visits.
- Develop relationships with corporates, hotels, restaurants, offices, event companies, and institutions.
- Promote corporate orders, catering, bulk orders, events, and other F&B; offerings.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Track leads, client follow-ups, sales pipeline, and conversions.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in F&B;,



Hospitality, Catering, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and confident in client handling.
- Good networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
