Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Manager to manage spare parts sales, inventory, warehouse operations, and aftermarket business for our Eicher commercial vehicle dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and achieve branch-wise spare parts sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor weekly/monthly sales, consumption, stock levels, and team performance.
- Ensure optimum parts inventory, stock turnover, and control of ageing/slow-moving parts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and service teams for timely parts availability, including urgent VOR requirements.
- Drive spare parts sales through market development, customer engagement, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Monitor inward, dispatch, stock reconciliation, and inventory processes.




- Handle parts-related customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with IT/service providers for ERP/SAP and system-related issues.
- Identify team training requirements and develop team capabilities.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the spare parts and warehouse team.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA / Engineering preferred.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in spare parts sales, warehouse, inventory, or aftermarket operations.
- Experience in automobile dealerships, preferably commercial vehicles / HCV / Trucks & Buses.
- Strong understanding of spare parts business, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Valuable leadership, communication, analytical, and business development skills.
- SAP/ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
