We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members effectively.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate company updates, targets, and expectations.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and support to team members.
- Resolve team-related issues and handle escalations professionally.




- Maintain proper records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members when required.
- Maintain a positive, skilled, and productive working environment.

Qualifications.

- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in a team-handling or supervisory role is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
