Job Description:

Responsible for property inspections, client/buyer coordination, PVR preparation, property photography, and assigned field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct property inspections as per the company checklist.

* Accompany buyers/clients for property visits.

* Collect and verify property details during site visits.

* Prepare PVR (Property Valuation Report).

* Capture and upload property photos to the company website.

* Coordinate with buyers, clients, and internal teams.

* Follow up on assigned properties and provide timely updates.

* Complete other assigned field activities.

Requirements:

* Two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license is mandatory.

* Robust communication and client-handling skills.

* Willingness to travel for property visits.

* Basic smartphone and computer skills.

* Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
