About the Role

This is primarily an HR and people-operations role. You'll own hiring — sourcing, screening, and onboarding new interns and team members — and keep our teams coordinated day to day. Alongside that, you'll get hands-on exposure to digital marketing and SEO using AI tools, so you finish the internship with two skill sets instead of one.

What You'll Do

Hiring & People Ops (primary)

- Source and screen candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels
- Run first-round screening calls and shortlist for the founding team
- Schedule interviews and manage the hiring pipeline end to end
- Onboard new joiners — accounts, access, documentation, first-week setup
- Maintain HR records: attendance, leave, intern documentation, certificates

Team Management & Coordination

- Track deliverables across teams and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks
- Act as a communication bridge between engineering, design,



and marketing
- Translate incoming requirements into clear tasks and route them to the right person
- Support team culture, engagement, and regular check-ins

Digital Marketing & SEO (supporting)

- Assist with SEO and content tasks using AI-powered tools
- Help with employer branding — job posts, social content, careers presence
- Contribute ideas to campaigns and growth experiments

What We're Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be the first point of contact for candidates
- Organisational and coordination ability; comfortable managing multiple people and deadlines
- Sound judgement in evaluating people, and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and willingness to learn current ones fast
- Interest in marketing and SEO — no prior experience needed
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote setup

Freshers welcome. Attitude, clarity of thought, and follow-through matter more than a résumé.
