Job Description

ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Recruitment Executives (Telecalling) to join our recruitment team in Dehradun.

This is an HR Recruitment role and not a sales process. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with candidates, explaining job opportunities, conducting initial screening, following up with candidates and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100–200 outbound calls to prospective candidates on a daily basis.

- Explain available job opportunities and relevant details to candidates.

- Conduct initial candidate screening through calls.

- Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate the next steps.

- Assist candidates during the onboarding process.

- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team.

- Achieve daily recruitment targets.

- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.

- Prepare and update basic recruitment reports.

Eligibility





- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.

- Good communication skills in Hindi.

- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and daily recruitment targets.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Dehradun.

Compensation

- Probation Period: 2 Months

- During Probation: ₹8,000 per month (In-Hand)

- After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (In-Hand)

- Additional: Performance-based incentives
