Logica Aviation is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Tele callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting students, explaining aviation training courses, following up on enquiries, and supporting the admissions process.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Explain aviation training courses, eligibility, duration, and fee details.
- Handle student enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling appointments and centre visits.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily calling and enquiry follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team.
- Support the student enrolment process.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.
- Telecalling, sales, or counselling experience is an advantage.
