Manager – Production Planning & Control (PPC) & Logistics

Responsibilities:Develop and manage production plans and schedules based on customer requirements, demand forecasts and plant capacity.

Coordinate with all plants, production, purchase, quality, stores and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor production progress, capacity utilization, material availability and delivery commitments.Coordinate with different plants for inter-plant material movement and production requirements.

Take primary responsibility for export and import logistics, including shipment planning, documentation coordination and timely dispatch/receipt of materials.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs/CHA and internal logistics teams for export and import activities.Ensure timely availability of raw materials/components and finished goods at the required locations.

Track inventory levels, stock movements,



lead times and logistics costs and identify opportunities for improvement.Monitor customer delivery schedules and take corrective actions in case of delays or supply constraints.Prepare and maintain MIS, production reports, inventory reports and logistics KPIs for management review.Identify bottlenecks in production and supply chain and implement corrective/preventive actions.Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable export/import and logistics regulations.Required SkillsStrong experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)Good understanding of Export & Import LogisticsExcellent inter-plant coordination and communication skillsKnowledge of ERP/SAP and MS ExcelExperience in inventory planning, material planning and supply chain managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities .

Ability to coordinate with multiple plants and cross-functional teamsGood knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation and customs processes will be an advantage.Preferred: Candidates from automotive/manufacturing/engineering industries with strong exposure to multi-plant operations and international logistics.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
