Montessori & Primary School Center Head

Job Summary:
The Center Head will be responsible for the overall academic and administrative management of the Montessori and Primary School sections. The role involves leading teachers, ensuring quality education, student development, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Skills, Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise Montessori and Primary School teachers and staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of academic curriculum and teaching standards.
- Monitor student performance, discipline, safety, and overall development.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management for the smooth functioning of the center.
- Plan and manage daily academic and administrative activities while maintaining high educational standards.

Qualification





- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field.
- Montessori Teacher Training / Diploma or relevant teaching certification preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Montessori and Primary School curriculum, academic planning, and school administration

Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a Montessori or Primary School leadership role.
