Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing solar installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for in office installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and commission On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar Power Systems.
- Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and performance testing of solar PV systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, inverter issues, and connectivity problems.
- Ensure all work complies with MNRE, KSEB, and safety standards.
- Assist in wiring, conduit work, panel mounting, and inverter configuration.
- Support customers with basic system training and usage guidance.
- Coordinate with the project engineer and service manager for smooth operations.




- Maintain accurate service records and prepare daily activity reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, earthing, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with solar inverters, charge controllers, and battery systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges.
- Valid two-wheeler license is must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
