We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil with a strong background in high-rise building construction to lead and manage our projects efficiently. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in handling large-scale projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee high-rise construction projects

Manage site operations, contractors, and project teams

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and quality standards

Monitor project progress and prepare reports

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in high-rise building projects

Strong leadership and project management skills





Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling multiple projects

Strong decision-making ability

Knowledge of cost control and budgeting
