A Hostel Warden manages daily operations
Key Responsibilities

- Administration & Operations: Oversee room allocations, maintain attendance records, monitor in/out timings, and manage day-to-day facility logistics.
- Discipline & Security: Enforce hostel rules and regulations, ensure decorum, and monitor entry/exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
- Facility Maintenance: Coordinate regular inspections for cleanliness, hygiene, electricity, water supply, and prompt repairs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or a Bachelor's degree from a recognized board/university.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of prior experience in hostel management, residential supervision, or administrative roles.
- Skills: Strong leadership, firm conflict-resolution abilities, empathy, and clear communication skills.
- Work Arrangement: Typically requires staying on the hostel premises to handle round-the-clock responsibilities and emergencies.

Pay: ₹9,117.32 - ₹15,896.28 per hour
