Experience-3 to 5 years ( Any degree )

- Assigning daily tasks to workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Tracking attendance and monitoring work hours.
- Guiding specialized crews like masons, steel fixers, and carpenters.

Site Operations and Execution

- Reading blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Supervising core civil works such as concrete pouring, road building, and earthworks.
- Inspecting completed work to maintain high quality standards.

Resources and Safety

- Managing materials and tools to prevent waste and shortages.
- Enforcing safety protocols and conducting daily hazard checks.
- Overseeing machinery and heavy equipment operations.

Reporting and Communicatio

- Updating site engineers and project managers on daily progress.
- Resolving unexpected problems on the construction site.
- Preparing daily logs and progress reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
