About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Placements to lead and manage the complete placement activities across our institution. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end campus placement operations for various streams including Engineering, Commerce, Architecture, MBA, BBA, B.Sc., and other allied programs.

The ideal candidate should possess strong industry connections, leadership skills, and proven experience in campus recruitment, corporate relations, student training coordination, and placement strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete end-to-end placement activities for all departments and programs.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and industry leaders.
- Bring new companies for campus recruitment drives and strengthen existing corporate partnerships.
- Plan and execute campus drives, recruitment events, internship programs, and placement activities.
- Coordinate with department heads, faculty members, and management regarding placement requirements and student readiness.
- Monitor student eligibility, placement records, offer letters, and joining status.
- Guide students regarding interview preparation, resume building, aptitude training, and corporate expectations.
- Organize pre-placement talks, industrial visits, seminars, workshops,



and career guidance sessions.
- Ensure achievement of placement targets and improve overall placement statistics of the institution.
- Prepare periodic placement reports and updates for management review.
- Lead and manage the placement team efficiently across all campuses/programs.
- Maintain database and documentation related to recruiters, students, and placement activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master’s Degree preferred from a recognized institution.
- 13–20 years of relevant experience in Placement & Corporate Relations in educational institutions.
- Experience in handling placements for Engineering, Commerce, Architecture, MBA, BBA, B.Sc., and related programs.
- Strong corporate network and excellent industry connect.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple placement activities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of current industry hiring trends and campus recruitment processes.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
