About the Role

We are looking for a **creative, proactive and performance-driven Social Media Manager** who can take complete ownership of social media accounts — from strategy and content planning to execution, publishing and performance analysis.

This is not a role for someone who simply schedules posts.

We are looking for someone who understands **what makes people stop scrolling, engage with content and take action.**

You will work closely with our creative and marketing team to build strong social media presence for multiple brands across different industries.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.

* Create monthly/weekly **content calendars** aligned with brand objectives.

* Research trends, competitors, audiences and emerging content formats.

* Come up with **Reel ideas, hooks, concepts, captions and content formats**.

* Coordinate with designers, video editors, creators and clients for content production.

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

* Write engaging captions, CTAs and social media copy.

* Ensure consistent brand voice and visual/content direction.

* Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, memes, formats, audio and platform updates.

* Monitor social media performance and identify what is working and what isn't.

* Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

* Track metrics such as **reach, engagement, watch time, saves, shares, followers and leads**.

* Continuously experiment with new content ideas to improve organic growth.

* Manage posting schedules and ensure timely execution.

* Communicate with clients professionally and understand their business objectives.

### What We're Looking For

* 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.





* Strong understanding of **Instagram and short-form video content**.

* Excellent understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.

* Strong communication and copywriting skills.

* Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas consistently.

* Basic understanding of analytics and social media insights.

* Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

* Strong ownership — you don't need someone reminding you about every task.

* Valuable understanding of branding and content strategy.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

### Bonus Skills

It would be a major plus if you have experience with:

* Meta Business Suite

* Canva / Adobe tools

* Basic video editing

* Content creation / scripting

* Influencer marketing

* Meta Ads

* LinkedIn content

* Social media analytics

* AI tools for content creation

### The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

**Sees a Reel and immediately thinks, "Why did this work?"**

You understand that a good social media manager is not just a content publisher — they're a **content strategist, trend researcher, communicator and growth thinker.**

You should be comfortable saying:

> "This content isn't working. Let's change the hook."

rather than simply posting what was planned.
