Key Responsibilities:

- Build, recruit, train and manage recruitment teams to meet organizational manpower requirements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all types of positions across departments, functions, and levels.
- Manage hiring for entry-level, mid-level, managerial, and senior-level positions.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies based on business requirements and hiring timelines.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor recruitment team members.
- Set recruitment targets and monitor team performance, TAT, closures, and joining ratios.
- Manage sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with department heads, project heads, and management for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Handle critical and senior-level positions as required.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely recruitment MIS, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement recruitment processes, SOPs, and performance metrics.

Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition,



preferably in Civil Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC, or related industries.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and recruitment team building/management.
- Experience in recruiting for diverse positions across technical, non-technical, corporate, sales, operations, project, support, managerial, and senior-level functions.
- Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in the above responsibilities will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused approach.

Qualification

MBA in HR preferred.
B.Tech (Civil) + MBA/PGDM candidates will be given preference.
