Go Kite Travel & Tours is looking for a creative and experienced Videographer cum Video Editor with 3–6 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video shooting, editing, storytelling, and creating engaging content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for travel destinations, holiday packages, visa services, hotels, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Handle end-to-end video production, including shooting, editing, colour correction, sound editing, transitions, and final delivery.
- Develop creative concepts and video ideas based on marketing campaigns and current social media trends.
- Capture travel experiences, events, office activities, customer experiences, and promotional content.
- Create short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, destination videos, and brand content.
- Add suitable music, voiceovers, graphics, subtitles, animations, and visual effects to videos.
- Work closely with the content, graphic design, marketing, and performance marketing teams.
- Ensure all videos follow the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual quality.
- Repurpose existing video content into multiple formats suitable for different platforms.




- Manage video files, footage, project files, and digital assets efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, social media formats, and content styles.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of professional experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of professional video shooting and editing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve will be an advantage.
- Positive understanding of camera equipment, lighting, framing, composition, and audio.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and social media content.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, music, and visual effects.
- Ability to work independently from concept development to final video delivery.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
- A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing previous video work is required.
