Baby Joy Fertility and IVF is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader / Floor Manager to lead and manage our IVF/Healthcare Sales Team.
Position Details
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in BPO / IVF / Healthcare Sales, preferably in a Team Leader or Floor Manager role
- Age: 30+ years
- Team Size: Experience managing 10–15 Sales Executives
- Role: Team Handling | Lead Conversion | Patient Coordination | Sales Management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and monitor a team of 10–15 sales executives
- Drive lead conversion and achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training
- Ensure effective patient coordination and follow-ups
- Track leads and team activities through CRM software
- Prepare and monitor sales performance reports
- Maintain a target-oriented and performance-driven work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in handling a Telesales team of 10–15 members
- Strong knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- IVF/Healthcare sales experience will be preferred
- Strong team-management and problem-solving skills
- Highly target-oriented with a result-driven approach
