Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and professional Male or female Hairdresser / Barber to join our salon team in vadodara . The ideal candidate should have excellent hairdressing and grooming skills, be confident with modern hairstyles, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform professional haircuts, including classic, modern, and trending styles.
* Provide skin fades, low fades, mid fades, high fades, taper fades, and scissor cuts.
* Perform beard trimming, shaping, styling, and grooming.
* Provide hair washing, blow-drying, and styling services.
* Perform hair coloring, highlights, and other hair treatments.
* Provide keratin, smoothing, and other professional hair treatments when required.
* Consult with clients to understand their preferred hairstyle and grooming requirements.
* Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming services based on the client’s face shape, hair type, and personal style.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workstations.
* Maintain professional relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
* Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, barbering techniques, and grooming trends.
* Recommend suitable skilled hair and grooming products to clients.
* Work effectively with the salon team to provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Requirements

* Proven experience as aHairdresser, Barber, or Hairstylist.
* Strong skills in haircutting and modern barbering techniques.




* Excellent knowledge of fades, tapers, beard grooming, and styling.
* Good knowledge of hair products and men’s grooming products.
* Good communication and customer-service skills.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to understand and fulfill individual client requirements.
* Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced salon environment.
* Relevant barbering/hairdressing qualification or certification is an advantage.
* vadodara /Gujarat salon experience is preferred but not mandatory.
