Role Overview

The Senior STEM Trainer will lead the delivery, and scaling of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) programs across partner schools. The role involves training students and teachers, managing STEM labs, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.

It is a full time job and 6 days a week (Mon to Sat). Good English communication skill is a must. Candidates with minimum of 2 years need apply. Freshers will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Delivery & Training

- Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM sessions for students (Grades 3– 9)
- Conduct teacher training workshops and capacity-building programs
- Facilitate project-based learning, innovation challenges, and competitions

2. Lab Management

- Responsible for the maintenance of the STEM Lab in partner schools. Ensure optimal usage of kits, tools, and software platforms
- Maintain inventory and ensure safety standards

3. Student Assessment & Outcomes

- Evaluate student projects, assignments, and innovation outputs
- Track learning outcomes and provide structured feedback
- Support students in exhibitions, competitions and events in STEM

4. Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary academic interface for school principals and coordinators




- Provide regular updates on program progress and outcomes
- Ensure high satisfaction and retention of partner schools

5. Internal Activities

- Mentor junior STEM trainers and provide on-ground support
- Conduct internal training and certification programs

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, ENI, Mechatronics) or Masters in Science (Physics / Maths)
- 2–5 years of experience in STEM education, robotics training
- Strong knowledge of robotics platforms (Arduino, sensors, microcontrollers), coding (Scratch/Python/Embedded C)

Other Skills Required

- Good communication skills in English. Ability to speak Tamil is a plus
- Should be mobile - be able to travel locally (2 wheeler / public transport)
- Excellent presentation and classroom management skills
- Experience working with schools (CBSE/ICSE) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and project facilitation skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
