- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of die casting machines.Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and cooling systems.Inspect machine components and replace worn-out parts.Maintain shot-end assemblies, toggle systems, platens, and injection systems. Monitor machine alignment, lubrication, and mechanical performance.Maintain melting furnaces, dosing furnaces, trimming presses, and auxiliary equipment.Ensure proper functioning of compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and air pipelines.Reduce machine downtime through timely maintenance activities.
- Execute daily, weekly, monthly,



and annual preventive maintenance schedules.Maintain maintenance checklists and inspection records.Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.Coordinate with production to minimize maintenance downtime
- Candidates should have a experiance in Pressure die casting machines maintenance experiance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
