Swad Food Products is a leading food manufacturing company in Thrissur. We are hiring a sincere and responsible Part time Production Supervisor for our evening shift.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (6 Hours)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who can manage our evening production, packing, and loading operations and ensure smooth workflow during the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise evening production and packing activities from 4 PM to 10 PM

- Manage and allocate work to production staff and packing helpers

- Manage and supervise loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods

- Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly as per invoice and delivery plan

- Ensure production target is achieved within the shift

- Maintain product quality, weight,



and packing standards

- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline on the shop floor

- Maintain daily production, stock, and loading reports

- Report any issues to the management

Requirements:

- Freshers are also welcome

- Experience in managing loading & unloading staff is an added advantage

- Must be able to manage labour staff

- Hardworking and physically active

- Must be from nearby location - Anchery, Puzhakkal, Thrissur area preferred

- Can join immediately

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
