- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and packages clearly to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
