India Agro Exports is hiring for Executive / Sr. Executive Quality (Audit Documentation) for the factory located at Kanakapura (Bangalore Rural).

Looking for candidate from Gherkin / FMCG / Food industry background with below experience.

- Ensure compliance with BRCGS Food Safety Standard, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and prerequisite programs.
- Review and update SOPs, specifications, work instructions, and quality documents.
- Conduct internal audits against BRCGS clauses.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Maintain traceability and product recall readiness.
- Participate in food defense, food fraud, TACCP, and VACCP programs.
- Conduct GMP, hygiene, food safety, and quality training.
- Train production teams on BRCGS and quality requirements.
- Experience handling customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.
