HR Assistant Manager

About the Role

Samplify is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment and employee engagement, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, people-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a good understanding of HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee queries, concerns, and HR-related issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and processes.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates.




- Coordinate with employees and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support the HR team in achieving organizational goals and improving employee experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR-related tools.
