We are looking for a creative and responsible Architect to join our team at Himax Arch Studio, Kozhikode.

The candidate will be involved in architectural design, planning, drawing preparation, client coordination, and project development from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
- Prepare working and construction drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Assist in material selection and design development
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress when required
- Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements and applicable regulations

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred




- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Revit, or similar software
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details
- Strong design and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with clients and project teams
- Positive time-management and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio of previous architectural work is required
