Eligibility

- Age: 22–34 years
- Minimum 6 months of telesales experience is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling telesales activities, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and prior telesales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products and services clearly to customers




- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain regular communication with potential customers
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Work effectively as part of the sales team
