About the Role

We are looking for experienced and target-oriented International BPO Executives to join our B2B Lead Generation team in Nashik.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International Call Center/BPO and be confident communicating with international clients over the phone.

You will be responsible for making B2B outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, and setting appointments/meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B calls to potential international clients.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling and prospecting.
- Identify decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce our company and services professionally.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Handle objections and questions confidently.
- Maintain accurate lead and call information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Work closely with the sales and business development team to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain professional communication and calling etiquette with international clients.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO / International Call Center.




- Experience in International Voice Process, B2B Calling, Lead Generation, Telesales, or Appointment Setting is preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confident personality with good convincing and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound cold calling.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve performance goals.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software.
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
- Candidates from International BPO, International Sales, or B2B Calling backgrounds are preferred.

International Markets

Experience with clients from USA, UK, Australia, Canada, or other international markets will be an added advantage.

Your performance will primarily be evaluated on:

- Quality of leads generated
- Number of qualified prospects
- Appointments/meetings booked
- Call quality
- Conversion rate
- Follow-up performance
- Achievement of monthly targets
