The ServiceNow APM SME is responsible for driving application portfolio governance, standardization, and optimization through the ServiceNow APM platform. This role serves as the functional and technical authority for application lifecycle management and data governance. The SME collaborates with enterprise architects, application owners, business stakeholders, security teams, and leadership to provide actionable insights that reduce risk, optimize costs, improve application health, and support technology modernization initiatives.
