XperiaRAD Teleradiology Private Limited is a growing teleradiology company based in Kochi, Kerala, with its operational office at Aluva.

We provide teleradiology services through a network of radiologists, with a significant focus on CT and MRI reporting and related radiology workflow management.

As part of the expansion and strengthening of our operations team, we are looking for a competent and responsible Radiology Manager who can supervise the day-to-day teleradiology workflow, coordinate with radiologists and client centres, and undertake preliminary quality review of radiology reports and cases.

Job Role

The Radiology Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the complete operational workflow of cases received through the company's teleradiology network.

The role requires someone with a good understanding of radiology workflow, particularly CT and MRI, who can coordinate effectively between client centres, radiologists and the internal operations team.

The candidate should also have sufficient exposure to CT and MRI imaging to identify obvious findings, discrepancies or areas requiring further radiologist review.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end teleradiology workflow from receipt of a study until completion and delivery of the final report.
- Monitor all CT, MRI and other radiology cases received through the company's network.
- Ensure that cases are appropriately assigned to available radiologists based on specialty, urgency and workload.
- Continuously monitor pending, assigned, reported and completed cases.
- Guard and track cases to ensure that no study is missed, delayed or left unattended.
- Coordinate with reporting radiologists regarding pending cases, urgent studies, clarifications and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centres and other clients regarding case-related operational matters.
- Monitor turnaround time and ensure that cases are completed within the expected reporting timelines.
- Perform preliminary quality review of radiology reports before release wherever required.
- Review CT and MRI images sufficiently to identify important or obvious findings and correlate them with the report prepared by the radiologist.




- Identify possible discrepancies, omissions or areas requiring reconsideration and escalate them to the concerned radiologist or Medical Director.
- Ensure that relevant clinical history, prior studies and supporting documents are available to the reporting radiologist.
- Follow up on incomplete studies, missing images and technical issues with the respective centres.
- Coordinate correction, addendum and second-opinion requests.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of cases, pending issues and quality-related observations.
- Assist in maintaining consistency and quality standards across the teleradiology network.
- Coordinate effectively with the internal operations team and provide appropriate daily status updates.
- Assist management in improving operational processes, turnaround time, reporting quality and overall workflow efficiency.
- Perform other responsibilities relating to teleradiology operations and quality management as assigned by the management or Medical Director.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have practical exposure to radiology and are comfortable working with CT and MRI studies.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with qualifications or professional experience in areas such as the following may apply:

- Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology
- CT / MRI Technology
- Radiology Technologist / Radiographer
- Medical Imaging
- Radiology Department Operations
- Teleradiology Operations
- Other relevant healthcare or radiology-related qualifications

Experience

3–5 years of experience in CT and MRI is highly preferred.

Candidates having experience in any of the following will be given preference:

- CT and MRI departments
- Diagnostic imaging centres
- Hospitals with CT/MRI services
- Teleradiology companies
- Radiology workflow coordination
- PACS/RIS-based radiology operations
- Radiology quality control or report coordination

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate should:

- Have a positive practical understanding of CT and MRI imaging.




- Be able to recognize important or obvious abnormalities on CT and MRI images.
- Understand basic radiology terminology and commonly reported CT/MRI findings.
- Have good knowledge of radiology workflow.
- Be comfortable working with PACS and computer-based systems.
- Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Be capable of communicating professionally with doctors, radiologists, hospital staff and diagnostic centres.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be able to monitor multiple cases simultaneously without missing pending studies.
- Be willing to take responsibility for timely completion of assigned workflows.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced teleradiology environment.
- Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email and related office applications.

Important Requirement

This is a full-time, on-site position.

The selected candidate must be willing to work from the company's office in Aluva / Kochi, Kerala.

Salary

Up to ₹30,000 per month

Final salary will depend upon the candidate's:

- Experience
- CT/MRI knowledge
- Radiology workflow exposure
- Ability to undertake quality review
- Communication and operational management skills
