- Job Summary: Handles day-to-day procurement operations, vendor evaluations, rate negotiations, and material dispatches to support continuous manufacturing and site installation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, verify, and consolidate material requisitions for float glass, processed glass, aluminium profiles, hardware, structural silicones, and site consumables.
- Floating Request for Quotations (RFQs), evaluate competitive vendor bids, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare, issue, and manage formal Purchase Orders (POs) using ERP/accounting software accurately.
- Coordinate material logistics, monitor transit status, track dispatches, and ensure on-time delivery to processing plants or direct job sites.
- Manage vendor databases, evaluate supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery time, competitive pricing), and resolve quality return issues.




- Verify incoming material invoices against PO terms and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to support timely payment processing.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on procurement experience within building materials, glass, structural steel, or construction components.
- Technical Skills: ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Oracle), negotiation capabilities, MS Excel proficiency, knowledge of commercial tax/logistics terms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
