Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday & Monday

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible candidate to join our HR Process Outsourcing (HRPO) team in Mulund. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day HR outsourcing and coordination activities
- Handle employee and client-related communication and follow-ups
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and clients as required
- Support recruitment and other HR-related processes




- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism

Requirements

- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience
- Smart, presentable, and confident personality
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1 week preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
