We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer/Manager – Fire Safety, HVAC, ELV Projects to lead end-to-end execution. The role involves overall responsibility for project planning, execution, resource management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination across multiple project sites.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical).
- Experience: 4-8 years of project management experience in Fire Safety / HVAC/ ELV/ EPC companies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead the complete lifecycle projects from planning to commissioning and handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Oversee multiple project sites simultaneously and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor overall project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and profitability.




- Review project financials including billing, collections, and cost forecasts.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, QHSE, and commercial teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms across all projects.
- Review and manage EPC contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
- Oversee procurement planning and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations including electrical safety, labor laws, and environmental requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
