About the Role :

We are looking for a Robotics Intern to join our engineering team and gain hands-on experience in developing and testing autonomous robotic systems. The role will involve working with robotics software, sensors, simulation tools, and ROS/ROS2 while collaborating with experienced robotics, AI, and hardware engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in developing and testing robotics software for autonomous robotic systems.
● Work with ROS/ROS2 for developing, integrating, and testing robot applications.
● Support navigation, mapping, SLAM, path planning, and obstacle avoidance tasks.
● Integrate and test sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMU, and GPS.
● Assist with robot simulation, testing, calibration, and debugging using tools such as Gazebo and RViz.
● Write and maintain basic robotics programs using C++ and Python.
● Support integration of robotics software with hardware and AI/perception modules.




● Conduct field testing and document observations, issues, and performance results.
● Troubleshoot software and system-level issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
● Follow software development practices including Git, code documentation, and structured testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
● Basic programming knowledge in C++ and Python.
● Familiarity with Linux and basic command-line operations.
● Understanding of fundamental robotics concepts such as sensors, coordinate frames, kinematics, navigation, or localization.
● Basic exposure to ROS/ROS2, Gazebo, or RViz through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
● Positive problem-solving and debugging ability.
● Willingness to work hands-on with robotic hardware and participate in testing and experimentation.
