Job Role

JTC India is looking for a confident and enthusiastic English Communication & Interview Skills Trainer to help students improve their communication skills and prepare for IT industry job interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Train students in English Communication & Spoken English.

Prepare students for HR & Corporate Job Interviews.

Conduct Mock Interviews and provide feedback.

Help students improve their confidence, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.

Train students on Self-Introduction, HR Questions, Career Gap Questions, Project Explanation, Strengths & Weaknesses, etc.

Conduct communication activities, role plays, and interview practice sessions.





Identify students' communication gaps and help them improve.

Motivate students to communicate confidently in professional environments.

Required Skills

Good command of English Communication & Spoken English.

Confident and presentable personality.

Good teaching and presentation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with students.

Willingness to learn and grow.

Freshers with positive English communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Previous experience in English training, soft skills, communication training, or interview preparation will be an advantage.
