Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify KYC documents submitted by customers.
- Validate customer information against internal systems and available verification sources.
- Perform customer onboarding, account maintenance, and periodic KYC reviews.
- Check documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, passport, address proof, and other applicable identification documents.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or suspicious documentation and initiate appropriate action.
- Ensure all KYC activities are completed accurately within defined SLAs.
- Maintain and update customer records in banking systems.
- Handle KYC remediation and periodic review activities.
- Follow internal policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation or verification-related issues.
- Escalate exceptions and potential compliance concerns to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS related to KYC and operational activities.
