- Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and web inquiries in a timely manner.
- Consultative Counselling: Understand the academic background, career objectives, and constraints of students or parents to pitch the right online courses or learning programs.
- Sales Conversion: Take complete ownership of the sales funnel (Lead → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure → Enrollment)
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate daily records of prospect interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.
- Objection Handling: Address student queries, explicit doubts about curriculum/certification validity, and resolve financial or process-related objections
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
