About the Role
Aquaneeta Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Project Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of WTP, RO, and water treatment systems at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, service, and maintain WTP, RO, and water treatment systems.
- Conduct site visits and understand technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and system-related issues.
- Attend breakdown and service calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Sales Team, and technicians.
- Ensure proper installation and commissioning as per company standards.
- Guide customers on basic system operation and maintenance.
- Prepare service, installation, and site reports.
- Identify technical issues and report them to the Project Manager.
- Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.
- Travel to project and customer sites across Kerala as required.
Requirements
- ITI – Plumbing / Electronics, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in water purification/water treatment preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of RO, WTP, pumps, piping, electrical systems, and water treatment equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala and work at different project sites.
- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
