Job Title: Admission Counsellor – EdTech Sales

Location: Noida, Sector 15
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-Hand Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle admissions for UG/PG programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to guide students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory.




- Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in EdTech, inside sales, admissions, counselling, or education sales will be an advantage.
