Key Responsibilities Requirements

Preferred Skills

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance returns.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.




- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce; CA Inter/M.Com preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Leadership and team management skills are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Junior Accountant: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month
