Role Summary:

Front-of-counter staff for a bakery kiosk in Central 50 Noida, responsible for serving pre-prepared desserts, making beverages, handling billing, and maintaining stock and hygiene at the point of sale. No cooking or baking involved, all products arrive prepped from the central kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- Serve bakery items (Cheesecake Jars, Tres Leches, Tiramisu, Cake Tubs, Cookies) and making beverages (shakes, lattes) per SOP, no cooking/baking
- Operate POS/billing; reconcile cash and UPI at shift close
- Maintain display, stock rotation (FIFO), and cold-chain handling at the counter
- Track daily sales, wastage, and stock counts; flag shortages to central kitchen
- Maintain hygiene and FSSAI-compliant handling at point of sale
- Coordinate pickup/handoff timing with the delivery vehicle from central kitchen

Requirements:

- 6 months–1 year experience in F&B;, QSR, or retail counter service. Freshers can also apply
- Comfortable with POS/billing systems
- Basic spoken Hindi/English
- Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
