Stellent Systems is urgently looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Industrial Automation domain to join our team in Bangalore.

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Industry: Industrial Automation Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales / Marketing / Business Development Development

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for industrial automation solutions

* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the automation industry

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, system integrators, OEMs and end users

* Handle enquiries, technical discussions, proposals, quotations and commercial negotiations

* Develop new customers and expand existing business

* Coordinate with engineering and project teams for successful project execution





* Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

* Identify recent market opportunities and maintain strong industry connections

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Mandatory: Industrial Automation domain experience

✅ Experience in PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI and Industrial Control Systems

✅ Experience in industrial automation sales / business development

✅ Strong technical understanding of automation solutions

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills

✅ Strong business development and networking capabilities

✅ Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions

Location: Bangalore

Pay: From ₹1,300,000.00 per year
